With over 15 years of corporate experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Program Lead, and People Manager, I bring a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and team leadership. For the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching—and in the last four years, I’ve focused primarily on supporting leaders and teams in enhancing performance, building resilience, and cultivating a growth mindset.I’ve been delivering trainings since my early university days, and I come alive when facilitating soft-skills programs.
